Thank you for choosing my artwork to be part of your home. Each piece is prepared and shipped with great care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.


Processing Time

Please allow 2–3 business days for handling and packaging.
Original paintings may require a little extra time for varnishing or drying. If that’s the case, I’ll contact you with an updated timeline.


Shipping Time

  • Canada & USA: Usually 3–7 business days

  • International: Typically 7–21 business days

Shipping times are determined by the carrier and may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.


Packaging

Each artwork is professionally packed using protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
Smaller works or prints ship flat; larger pieces may be rolled or securely boxed.
Every order is handled with the same care I give to my art.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact me at

If the carrier confirms your package is lost, I’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, email me at art.olena.ivanova@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • the damaged artwork, and

  • the packaging.

I’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
(Please keep the packaging until the claim is resolved.)


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international customers, any VAT, import fees, or customs duties are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the artwork price or shipping cost.
